Sandra Livingston

Sandra Napier Livingston, 72, passed peacefully August 27th, 2022 making her transition in the early morning hours as the moon in Virgo turned New. Born to Robert Winslow Napier and Mildred Harris Napier on May 10th, 1950, Sandra the youngest of three and only daughter was loved immensely by her parents. Growing up Sandi was very active enjoying swimming, art, and animals, these passions she held through her lifetime spending most of her adult life keeping, riding and training horses. Above all else was her passion to be a mother at which she excelled. A hard worker and stay at home mother, her three sons were the joys of her life. She is preceded in death by both parents Robert and Mildred Napier of Winter Haven and eldest son Jeffrey Thomas Livingston of Atlanta. She is survived by her sons Matthew Livingston and his husband Brandon Odom of Atlanta with whom she spent the last years of her life, and Justin Livingston of Tennessee, as well as her grand daughters Madison Weiss and Kendall Livingston, brothers Bob and Gerry Napier and many nieces and nephews.

Though she held many professions in her life most notably was her time entertaining children as Bubbles the Clown. May magic and balloon animals follow you into the next party, graceful lady. You will be missed and are loved immensely.
