She was preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm L. Tanner, and her sister, Lucille Schantz. She is survived by her son, Malcolm Lee Tanner and his wife Carolyn, grandson, Michael Lee Tanner and his wife Heide, great grandchildren; Lily, Patrick, and Morgan, two step granddaughters, Alisa Carol Batstone and Christy Lynn Price, step grandchildren; Angela, Arien, Anslie, and Colton, great-great grandchildren, Kaelynn and Katie, and also her
brother, William T. Davis Jr.
She was employed by Equifax and retired as a District Supervisor. She and her husband travelled extensively all over the United States. After his death she continued to travel extensively.
She enjoyed a full life including mission work in her teenage years and received a scholarship from Eleanor Roosevelt for her work as the editor of her high school newspaper. She also received many awards for her work in the credit industry.
She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 4th, at 10 am at Lakeside Memorial Park in Winter Haven, Florida.
