WINTER HAVEN - Annabelle F. Neel, 95, of Winter Haven, FL passed away Saturday December 4, 2010, due to natural causes.
She was retired from D.A.C.C. and was recently inducted into the Hall of Fame of D.A.C.C. as the first registrar for the college.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Grant Neel, a brother, Arnold Jones (Doris), and a sister, Irene Robinson (Eugene). She is survived by: her daughter Arlene Neill (William I.), a brother Ira Jones (Barbara), and a sister Maxine Robbins, three grandchildren; William E. Neill (Melissa), Anna Neill Herrington, and Gregory A. Neill, & three great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life for Annabelle will be held on Wednesday December 8 at 5 pm at Lake Howard Heights in Winter Haven. www.ott-laughlin.com.
