Brian was born on May 21, 1972 in Winston Salem to Jimmy and Margaret Gentry Lewis. He worked as an automotive technician. In his spare time, Brian loved woodworking, camping, fishing, and anything outdoors.
He had a heart of gold. Brian was always helping others. He was extremely detail oriented and did everything with all he had.
In addition to his parents, Brian leaves behind his beloved daughter, Madison Brooke Lewis; brother, Christopher “Todd” Lewis; nephews, Mason David Lewis and Landon Christopher Lewis; longtime girlfriend, Sheila Hughes, and her daughter, Brandy, and granddaughter, Lily; as well as many beloved friends.
A celebration of Brian’s life will be held on Monday, June 12th at 2pm at Reynolda Church.
One of Brian's greatest wishes was to see his daughter graduate college. He worked tediously to try and aid her in paying for her college tuition. His family agrees that his final wish would be to use any memorial contributions toward her education. Please make contributions payable to Madison Lewis.
