Peter is survived by his wife of 48 years Bonnie, his daughter Suzanne (Paul), his son Jeff, his brother Steve (Shelby), his sisters Kathleen, Debbie (Dave), Janis (Marlowe) and his adored grandchildren Evan and Anya. Peter was predeceased by his father Gordon and his mother Louise.
Peter worked for National Refractories and Minerals most of his professional career. He travelled extensively through Canada and the U.S.A. He always found time to be involved in Crestview Community Club, Scouts Canada, the John Taylor Collegiate music program, ringette, hockey and soccer.
Peter was never happier than when he was surrounded by his family and many friends.
A memorial service will be held to celebrate Peter’s life on Monday, April 6th, 2015 at 10:00 am at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
