Passed away peacefully at home on April 8, 2014 at 90 years of age. Dear and loving husband to Kathleen for 67 years. Beloved father of Bob (Pam), Carol Cyphery (Doug), Rosemary Crowe (Mike), David (Ulla), Tim, and Michael. Grandpa to 10 and Great Grandpa to 12. Bob was a proud Canadian Navy Veteran as well as a loyal employee of Texco Canada for many years. He was also a Life Elder of St. Paul's United Church, served on the Board of Directors for Community Living Windsor for 37 years, and was associated and a past president of Windsor East Little League. Visitation will take place at Walter D. Kelly Life Celebration Centre (519-252-5711) on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 7-9 pm and Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. A celebration of Bob's life will be held on Monday, April 14, 2014 at the funeral home at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Community Living Windsor or to the Canadian Kidney Foundation.
