Died peacefully on April 1, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Shao Jie Fung; by his daughter Jackie Fung (Jason Wong); by his grandson Lucas Wong. Devoted brother of King Cheung Fung, Sam Fung, Eugene Fung and the late Kam Cheung Fung and Woon Cheung Fung. Mr. Fung also leaves numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. Visitation will be held at Anderson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 895 Ouellette Ave (519-254-3223) on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. The surviving family members wish to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Steve Tschen, Dr. Wallace Liang and Dr. Richard Tan for the extraordinary healthcare they gave Mr. Fung over the years. Donations may be made to Windsor Regional Hospital, Windsor Chinese Alliance Church or Essex County Chinese Canadian Association.
