John Joseph Minadeo, age 48 of Winder, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019. He was of the Catholic faith and a native of Cleveland OH. John loved working outdoors and working with his hands and flying drones. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Minadeo; a sister, Gina Minadeo and a step brother, Gary Jackson. John is survived by his fiancé, Becky Roxburgh of Winder; two daughters, Heather and Alexa Minadeo of Cleveland OH; his mother, Joan Simonek Mack (Bob) of Avon Park, FL; three brothers, Brian Minadeo of Ohio, Nick Minadeo (Lisa) of Covington and Tony Minadeo of Ohio; a step brother, Randy Jackson of Ohio; five grandchildren and five fur babies, Baby Bear, Sally Sue, Isabella, Smokey and Stella. A celebration of John’s life will be held Friday, December 13, 2019 in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2 until 4 Pm before the service at the funeral home.
