She was born in Portsmouth Virginia on July 25th 1969 to Patricia Ann Stephens and Larry Bearden.
She was preceded in death by both her mother Patricia Ann Stephens and father Larry Bearden. In addition, her two uncles Mace and Earl, and brother, Jimmy Bearden.
Juanita was a proud resident of Wilmington North Carolina and absolutely loved the beach. She loved looking for seashells and giving her most beautiful ones to her children. She loved to dance and jam out to all her favorite songs. She was most proud of being a mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her son Joshua Tillman of Wilmington, daughter Trishan Kaliandasani and husband Sunny of New York, granddaughter Mateja Tillman and two grandsons Jack and Brady Kaliandasani. Sisters Laura Avery and Tammie Jordan, Brothers Terry Bearden and Jeremy Boutwell Sr. and nieces and nephews. In addition to her immediate family she is survived by her stepchildren, grandchildren, and one great grandchild whom she always considered her very own.
The family will receive family and friends on Saturday September 23rd from 2pm-4pm at Coble Funeral & Cremation Service at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
