Forzani, Jr.; loving mother of Lynnette Poitras; stepmother of Scott (Noelle) Forzani; dear grandma of Alex (Stephanie) and Alyssa Hubert; step-grandma of Brianna and Preston Forzani; sister of William (Jackie) Winter; also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
