Gerald (Jerry) Wayne Fulcher, loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and uncle, left this earth on January 25, 2023 at the age of 89 and entered God's Kingdom where he will be free of his various aches and pains. Jerry was born June 4, 1933 in Farmington, Michigan to Earl and Hazel (McGregory) Fulcher. He was one of seven siblings who were raised in Farmington. Upon graduation from Farmington High School, Jerry served two years in the US Army while stationed in Germany. Jerry married Janet his wife of 47 years on June 14, 1953. Together they raised 3 sons, Jerry Jr., Kevin and Dan. Jerry held a number of jobs during his career including salesman at White Pine Lumber, carpenter, and maintenance man at Caterpillar before moving to Florida where he started a lawn care and handyman business. He was from the generation that believed in hard work, if you lost a job you went out and found another one doing what it took to support your family. His family is forever grateful for the work ethic he taught his kids and grandkids. Over the years Jerry enjoyed helping many friends and relatives with various home improvement projects. Later in life he took up square dancing and was a member of the Lansing Grande Paraders and Strawberry Squares in Plant City Florida. Jerry is survived by sons Jerry (Laurie) Fulcher, Kevin (Kim Deme-Fulcher) Fulcher; grandkids Scott (Tiffany) Fulcher, Amy (Josh) Smith, Brad (Brenna) Fulcher, Jamie (Cole) Ingersoll and Cody Fulcher; great grandkids Lilly, Mackenzie, Grant, Bryce, Jill, Sydney, Moriah and Braden; sister Carol Weber, brother-in-laws Larry Moss and Clare Moss; and many nieces and nephews.
