It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lawrence “Larry” J. Mozian at the age of 84, after a short battle with cancer.
Larry is survived by his adoring wife, Lucille; his children, Keith (Jon), Kim (Randy), Sandi (Frank), Sloane (Charlie), and Chris (Dana); his grandchildren, Randy (Kristy), Michael, Erin, Charlie, Regina, Sean, and Jonathan; and his sister, Carolyn (Steve). He was preceded in death by his father, Herant, and his mother, Agnes (Timke).
Born in Rutherford, NJ, Larry graduated from Rutherford High School and dedicated over 35 years to his career with Western Electric/AT&T Network Systems. Upon his retirement in 1997, he joined his father in running the Mozian Stamp Company, which was started by his grandfather Vahan in 1901, until retiring the business in 2022.
In 2003, Larry and Lucille relocated to Williamsburg, VA, where they enjoyed making new friends, traveling, and family visits. He had a passion for fishing and DIY projects.
Larry will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and unwavering dedication to his family.
