Teresa Rene Gray

Teresa was a loving daughter, mother, sister, friend, and everything in between. She always made sure that you knew you were loved, and would do anything to show it. Teresa worked at Ascension Via Christi St. Teresa as an Admissions Clerk. She previously worked at Celebrity Cruise Lines, as a phone operator. She loved both jobs she had, the work she did, and the relationships they brought her. Teresa was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Wichita for over 30+ years. She has lived in Arizona, New Mexico, England, and Kansas during her father’s time in the Air Force. She was always someone who loved to travel, no trip was too small. She wanted to see the world, for all the beauty it has to offer.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clyde Trego, Anna Trego, Darlene Jesse, Henry Jesse, William Gray, Anna Gray.

Teresa is survived by her parents, Stanley and Sandra Gray; daughter, Taylor Phillips; brother, Jeff Gray (Victoria); nephews and niece, Emmett Gray, Johnathan Gray, Stella Ann Gray; aunt and uncle, Marsha (Duane) Simpson; cousins, Tanya (Robert) Breinig, Keith (Holly) Simpson and many other family members.

A Celebration of Life Service for Teresa will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 1356 N. Broadway St, Wichita, KS 67214.
