She is survived by her parents: Allan and Cindy Smith of Wichita, her birth father, Terry (Cynthia) Hollingsworth of Colorado; brothers: Stephen (Jessica Hackett) Fernandez, James (Jill) Fernandez both of Colorado; sisters: Stephanie (Douglas Choate) Pendergraft of Oklahoma, Laurie Fernandez of Colorado; several nieces and nephews.
