Sue was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who dedicated her life to her family. She worked as an editor for Meredith Publishing and as an assistant at the elementary school library in the Goddard School District. She also volunteered for many causes close to her heart.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and LaVerne Loeck, and sisters Janis Loe (Dan) and Jacquelyn Schultz (Johnathan).
Survivors include her husband, Don Hansen; daughters, Melissa Lang (Matt) and Christina Hansen (Michael Fessinger); son, Jonathan Hansen (Meeghan); grandchildren, Wyatt Fessinger and Ripley Hansen; siblings, Darrel Loeck, Duane Loeck (Darlene), Sharon Mitzner (Glenn), Judy Loeck, Nona Lauer (Mark), Dean Loeck (Jean), Barbara Hammer (Stan), Bruce Loeck (Diana), and Gary Loeck (Deanna); and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Ascension Lutheran Church, 842 N. Tyler Road, Wichita, Kansas.
