Sally is preceded by husband of 49 years Arthur James Balser, Survived by: sons, Kenneth of Wichita, Terry of Wichita, Larry (Rosanne) of Eagan, MM; brother, Don Bown; 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
