Ryan William Foster

Ryan was baptized as a young boy after attending Vacation Bible School, at Tyler Road Baptist Church. He attended Goddard public schools from the 3rd grade until graduating in 2007, then attended Butler County College for a short time. Ryan’s world changed for the better, when he became a father on October 1, 2008 with the birth of Kydon. Ryan was a wonderful father, who loved and cherished his time spent with his son.

Ryan loved and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Some of Ryan’s favorite things included: watching his favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys and playing video games with his son and his friends online. He also loved to cook and he was actually good at it! Ryan had a heart of gold and always lit up the room with his personality and smile. He was working as a Manager on Duty for Crosswinds Casino up until his passing. Ryan was loved by many and will never be forgotten.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Don W. Foster and Ted Wallis.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Craig and Susan Foster; son, Kydon Foster; siblings, Cody Foster, Tyler Foster and Alexys Foster; grandmothers, Barbara Foster and Billie Wallis; aunts and uncles, Brian (Kim) Foster, Donna Moxley, Ted Wallis, Michael Wallis, and Annette (Jim) Knox; and numerous cousins and friends.

A come and go visitation will be available from 5:00PM to 8:00PM, Thursday, October 28th, at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 W. Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.

Funeral service will be held 10:00AM, Friday, October 29th, at Believers Southern Baptist Church, 13909 W. 21st Street N, Wichita, KS 67235. Burial following the service at Resthaven's Cemetery in the Garden of Acacia Lawn.
