He was born on April 28, 1980 in Wichita, Kansas. Pete enjoyed spending time with his family, watching football and anime, and making people laugh. Pete was always telling jokes to help brighten peoples day. Pete also enjoyed helping those around him in any way he could. He believed that if you put good out in the world, it will come back to you.
Pete was diagnosed with a rare type brain cancer and fought for over nine months. He was recently baptized in his faith along with two daughters at Riverlawn Christian Church. During his battle with cancer, Pete's faith and relationship with God grew and he believed in sharing the word with others.
Pete was preceded in death by: his father, Pedro Espinosa; along with his grandparents, Ignacio (Lucy) Gallardo.
He is survived by: his wife, Nicole Espinosa; his daughters, Lily and Elli Espinosa; his mother, Carol (Lendon) Jackson; his sister, Amber (Charlie) Santiago; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, Kansas 67209.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM on Friday, July 12, 2024, at Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 North Meridian Avenue, Wichita, Kansas 67204. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Garden of Meditation, Wichita.
