Hoyt, Marie Evelyn (Pfannenstiel), born August 24, 1928, died May 5, 2012. Marie is survived by her husband of 12 years, harry Hoyt. She was a loved Mother of two surviving children, Duane Pfannenstiel, and spouse Mabel of Wichita, KS and Dianna Lyn Hood, and spouse Ronald E. Hood of Waco, TX. She was also a very loving Grandmother of five surviving grandchildren, Christina Lynn Quick of Arlington, TX, Cynthia Ann Wortham of Frisco, TX, Justin Pfannenstiel, Joe Smith-Pfannenstiel and Jocelyn Smith- Pfannenstiel of Wichita, KS. Marie is also survived by 7 great grandchildren. Marie was a loving wife to her long time husband of 40 years to Cyril J. Pfannenstiel. They gave much of their life to the Masonic Lodge and Eastern Star. They were both dedicated to the quality time and love of their family. Marie worked for Boeing Aircraft Company where she saw the change of the Women’s Rights movement. She retired from Boeing after 35+ years of dedicated service. Viewing is Thursday 12 to 8 pm with family receiving friends 6 to 7 pm at Resthaven Mortuary. Graveside service is 1:00 pm Friday, May 11 at Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
