Larry's love for golf was evident in the way he embraced the sport with an enthusiasm that radiated to those around him. His achievement of a hole-in-one on a par 4 in Estes Park was a testament to his dedication, skill, and the sheer joy he found in every swing. Even as his lungs weakened, Larry continued to walk the course, demonstrating a resilience and love for the game that inspired us all.

His 54-year journey of marriage with Marilyn was nothing short of inspiring. Their bond became a source of admiration for others, a testament to enduring love, support, and companionship. Larry was not only a man of style, always impeccably dressed and adorned with his beloved gold jewelry, but he also carried an aura of goodness, leaving a lasting impression wherever he went. And who could forget the enticing aroma that surrounded him—Larry always smelled good, a small yet significant detail that mirrored his attention to life's finer things.

Larry's departure leaves a void in the hearts of many, including his wife Marilyn, sister Candy Morgan, nieces, nephews, golf buddies, and a circle of close friends who shared countless memories and laughter with him. In the face of illness, Larry found solace in his faith, drawing closer to God and sharing his newfound strength with those around him. His encouragement to read "God Wants You Well" reflected his deep spirituality and desire to uplift others.
