Kyle was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He went to South Barber elementary school in Kiowa, Kansas through 4th grade, completing 5th and 6th grade in Cody, Wyoming and finished 7th-12th grade at West Elk High School, in Howard, Kansas. He worked at Menards as an assistant manager in the lumber yard, and owned a home in Park City, Kansas at the time of his death. He attended Life.Church in West Wichita.
Kyle never met a stranger, he had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in any way he could. Faith, Family and Friends were priorities in his life, followed closely with music, sports of all kinds and wood working. When he set his mind to something, he did it, like teaching himself guitar in high school. He took his work seriously, and worked hard at whatever he did. He loved going to concerts, sporting events and spending time with family, friends, friends that were family and his girlfriend Emmie.
There are many stories about Kyle, many things to say but common things you will hear from everyone who knew him is he had a heart of gold, loved his country music, his sports, and family. Life took Kyle many places and everywhere he went there was never a stranger, he might not remember your name on the first time but man the stories he could tell would keep in his presence for hours. Time flew when you were talking to him and in between the one story he meant to tell, you would hear maybe five more. Kyle was an old soul in a young body and lived his life that way all the way through.
