Kathleen B. Ciccone

Age 90, passed away January 29, 2019. Kathleen was born to parents, Sydney and Catherine (McCluney) Bingham in Manchester, England. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, a good conversation, and loved her family above all else. Kathleen was a charming and social person who never met a stranger and because of this, she worked many jobs over the years. She retired from Kmart, worked for the McConnell AFB Commissary, volunteered for Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, and was a consultant for Mary Kay. She was the President of the Society of Military Widows from 91'-94' and she was named ABWA Woman of the Year in 93'-94'. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Ciccone; daughter, Toni Cohorn; her parents; sister, Mary Heywood, and her beloved dog Mitzy. She is survived by her sons, Stuart (Mary) Ciccone and David (Deeann) Ciccone; daughter, Carolyn (Larry) Simmons; grandchildren, Shannon Ciccone, Mike Ciccone, Sarah Nguyen, Jordan Ciccone, Malissa Paxton, Shane Simmons, Mandy Reitmayer, Becky Ciccone, Cory Ciccone, Kimberly Fedd, Chris Marsh, David Marsh, and Stephanie Marsh; numerous great-grandchildren. Her visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Fri. Feb. 1, 2019, and her funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Sat. Feb. 2, 2019, both at Resthaven Mortuary Chapel.
