I just heard, yesterday, of Greg's passing. I knew him a long time ago when we both worked at the red roof pizza hut on 21st and Rock rd. I remember him having a great a smile. Just seeing him smile would make me smile even if I was having a bad day. I also remember that he rode his bike to work. He was still in high school and I think he lived pretty far away but managed to ride all the way to work and still make it on time. I thought that took a lot of dedication.  
About two years ago he came to the new pizza hut that is in the same place as the old one was. He came to service the extinguishing thing for the fryers. I didn't recognize him at first but he remembered me and he stood there watching me make a pizza and I was thinking to myself why is this guy staring at me? Finally he said, "you don't remember me do you". I turned and looked at him. Really looked and I said he looked familiar and I thought he had worked here before but because I had been there so long it was hard to remember exactly when he worked there. So than Greg told me who he was and I couldn't believe it. He told me he was married and had kids and I could see how happy he was. Than I  found out yesterday morning at work when a different guy came to servce the things for the fryers and he mentioned Greg's passing and I couldn't believe it, I was shocked. I didn't know him for very long but he left a lasting impression.  To his family and friends  I am sorry for your loss.

Greg u was a good man and will always b remembered

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Greg, he will be greatly missed. May you remember those good times you had with him to help ease some of the pain as you seek the peace and comfort that only God can give at this time of grief. Psalms 55:22.

I first met Greg almost 13 years ago when he worked at Watkins Steel with Biscuit & Brian Edwards. Those guys took me under their wing. They looked out for me. Greg was an amazing friend who always knew what to say to make me smile. We had many long talks about the things he wanted to accomplish in his life. He wanted nothing more than to have a wife and a family. When he and Dawn started dating, I knew she was an answer to many prayers. He loved her and those babies and cherished his life with them. It is still surreal to think that he is gone. My heart goes out to them, to his entire family, and to all of his friends he held so dear.

I never met him personally but I did get the pleasure of knowing his wife Dawn.She is such a sweet girl.May God Bless and watch over this family in thier time of need.
