61, passed away September 30, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Shirley Swisher; and brother, Mark A. Swisher. Debra is survived by daughters, Shanna Kay Swisher-Robinson and Susan Michelle Swisher; brother, Michael Swisher; sister, Kathi (Darrell) Dodd; grandchildren, Willow, Rowan and Laural Swisher.
