Dain Colter Capps

Dain Colter Capps, 44, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Dain was born the son of Everett Capps and Mary Sue Foulk on August 8, 1978 in Wichita, Kansas. Dain Capps and Gary Ubelhor were united in marriage on February 3, 2018 in Wichita, Kansas. Dain graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor's degree in Computer science, philosophy, math development of decision engineer and statistical analysis. He was a member of the Wichita State Mortar Board Honor Society. He was self employed as a computer programmer. Dain was a loving husband, son, brother and friend to all who knew him. Dain was very passionate and enjoyed being around people who made him smile.

He was preceded in death by his brother; LeLand Capps, grandparents; Oscar and Mary Wilson, Everett and Edna Capps and aunt; Carrie Mattingly. Survivors include his husband; Gary Ubelhor, mother; Mary Sue Foulk, father; Everett Capps, brothers; Lale Capps, Troy Capps, Travis Capps and many extended family.

To honor Dain's wishes, no services will be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market St., Wichita, Kansas.
