Christopher Swartz

passed away October 12th at the age of 38. He was born to Kenneth and Angela Swartz in Little Rock, AR on March 8, 1983.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Gerald and Shirley Swartz and his maternal grandfather, L.D. Finney.

Chris is survived by his wife, Jamie; 5 children, Colten (Bailey), Kaelyn, Kaelee, Nicalos, and Gabriel, a granddaughter Adlee that is due in December, both of his parents, amongst many other family and friends.

Growing up Chris loved to play soccer and baseball. Other hobbies of his include wood carving, fishing, and hunting. He was most passionate about family and his brothers in arms. The army was everything to him. Being in the army for him was like an 8 year old boy on Christmas morning; knowing that you're getting the bicycle you always wanted. You never met anyone so excited to live in a mudhole with a bunch of stinky men, but that was Chris. He was a protector of any and all, always rushing to help when needed. He was a caring and loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend.

A memorial service for Christopher will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Resthaven Mortuary, 11800 West Highway 54, Wichita, KS 67209.
