WISEMAN, Charles E., was born in Gallia Co., OH at the home of his grandparents on September 21, 1933, to Eldon and Sarah (Tanner) Wiseman. Chuck entered into new life on May 26, 2015. He was preceded by grandparents and parents. He is survived by wife Rev. Juanita M. (Bacon) Wiseman. He and Juanita married on April 4, 1964 in Wichita, KS. Also survived by brother John (Carolyn) Wiseman of Ann Arbor, MI., sons Bradley (Delene) Wiseman, Douglas (Deborah) Wiseman, Curtis Wiseman, Joseph (Christina) Wiseman and stepsons, Douglas (Wanda) Hankins and Brian (Elizabeth) Hankins, 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Chuck was a captain and pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He attended Duke University, and graduated from Colorado University with a degree in pharmacology. He was a practicing pharmacist for 60 years. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Raton, New Mexico. He was an elder and served many years in the church, PC(USA). Charles was an excellent woodworker and woodcarver, activities that he enjoyed as hobbies. He also spent many afternoons playing pool at the senior center. His favorite pastime was following and watching every sport there is. He was an avid reader and enjoyed devouring theological texts. He was a dedicated father and grandfather. Service and interment to be held at Lakeview Funeral Home and Cemetery, 12100 E. 13th St., Wichita, KS, Tuesday June 2, 2015 at 11 a.m.
