Betty Hundley

Betty worked at Hobby Lobby as the picture frame manager for 35 years. She worked her way up to a district manager, responsible for multiple locations, and the projects they did. An artist herself, with a bachelor’s degree in art, this was the perfect job. She got to experience a variety of visual arts presentations, and help people find the best ways to display their own treasures. But most of all, she loved her family dearly. She will be deeply missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Doris, and her brother David Eastman.

Betty is survived by her loving husband, Steven Hundley; children, Derek (Jeni) Hundley, Kristine (Scott) Rose; grandchildren, Morgan, McKenna, Hannah, and Addison.

A memorial service will take place at Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church, 5701 E. Mount Vernon St., Wichita, KS 67218, on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 1:30 p.m.

Family wishes for any donations to be made in memory of Betty to Southwestern College and flowers to Mt. Vernon Methodist Church.
