Patricia was born in Liverpool, England to Richard and Mary Owen. With a loving heart she followed her dreams of becoming a nurse. She worked with several doctors and took care of many people.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald Williams, Daughters Pam Williams and Debbie Williams. She is survived by her son Rick and wife Terry Williams, and daughter Tina and husband Barry Levy. Also by two sisters and two brothers, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A funeral service for Patricia will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas.
