Carrol Jane Jeter

She was born on September 26, 1934, to Charles and Mildred Slemmer and married the love of her life, Basail M. Jeter on March 1, 1952. After moving to wichita falls in 1972, Basail and Jane put down roots.

After working as a terminal manager for Campbell 66 she began working at Magic Aire. She retired with Basail in 1994. Jane was a long time active member of Wesley United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 1 brother and son Randy.

She is survived by her husband Basail, daughter D'juan Minnix, daughter Jennifer Canada and husband Scott, grandchildren Chad Minnix, Cara Minnix, Hunter Tidwell, Chasie Bennyhoff and husband John and Korbin Tidwell, great grandchildren Everleigh Tidwell and karson Bennyhoff.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wesley united methodist church.

A visitation for Carrol will be held Monday, February 6, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas 76302. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas.
