Daniel Warren, as he was known professionally, was a former child prodigy on the piano. He started playing at age of four and had a talent agent by the time he was twelve. Daniel has made a career as a lauded musician/songwriter and his music has allowed to perform at venues all around the world. He has received critical acclaim and awards for his songwriting, as well as, his musicianship. His primary instrument was the piano for which he is best known, but he was also extremely talented with the clarinet, violin and guitar.
Daniel was very well respected in the music world for his professional abilities but equally important, he was a very kind man. Dan was very humble, he never bragged or spoke about himself or his accomplishments, he truly loved writing and making music. Some of favorite artists include Jackson Brown, James Taylor and jazz pianist Art Tatem.
Prior to his dual diagnosis of Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis, he was avid water skier, cutting up the glassy waters of Orchard Lake every chance he could. Daniel was also a perpetual student with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. He devoured all he could on a plethora of topics including Finance, Biographies, History, and the Law. He enjoyed conversing and sharing his love of what he knew with anyone willing to listen. Dan was also a fan of Reese’s peanut butter cups, a good Cabernet, and a snifter of B&B with coffee.
He will be missed by all fortunate enough to know him.
