Cortney was the loving and devoted mother to Joseph Patrick, Logan Riley, and MattieLynn Mary.
She is also survived by her life partner, Manny Hernandez. Her sister, Mary Morgan Mitchell and parents, Dr., and Mrs. E.P.Mitchell.
Cortney also leaves behind a lifetime of dear and loving friends.
The family would like to thank the wonderful people who have supported them so graciously during this time of grief.

A celebration of her life will take place later this summer.
