Patricia Ann Callegan

Patricia was born on February 16, 1944 in New Orleans. She dedicated her life to her husband, Calvert, raising her five children and tending to her flowers. She was adopted by her loving parents, Elise and Sam “Toto” Anastasio.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Calvert Callegan; her children, Kevin Callegan (Judy), Bonnie Hebert (Keith), Patrick Callegan, Vickie Comardelle (David), Rickie Callegan (Denise); grandchildren, Casey Callegan (Chelsea), Daniel Hebert (Allison), Kristen Albert (Jason), Heather Denicola (Sammy), Darren Hebert (Jamie), Cameron Comardelle (Adrieanna), Reed Callegan, Canton Comardelle, Adam Callegan; great-grandchildren, Makayla Callegan, Bailey Mercante, Braylon and Brooklyn Hebert, Alexis and Mason Albert, Gage Denicola, Baylor and Blakely Hebert, and Braxton Comardelle; and her sister, Mary Beth Anastasio.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elise and Sam “Toto” Anastasio; her brother, Dennis Anastasio; granddaughter, Brandy Callegan; and daughter-in-law’s, Tammy Songy Callegan and Lynn Callegan.

The family would like to give a special thanks to The Hospice of Baton Rouge for the compassion, comfort and peace they provided to Patricia and our family.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 from 9:00am- 10:45am at Ourso Funeral Home in White Castle. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place for 11:00 am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle. Burial to follow in the church cemetery. Father Alec Sheldon will be officiating.
