Mark Cavalier Sr.

He worked in mechanical seal sales for many years with Flowserve. Mark was a loving brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend to many. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, NASCAR, especially Jeff Gordon. He loved spending time with his family but mostly his sons, and grandchildren. He was always helping others in need.

He leaves behind two sons, Mark Cavalier, Jr. (Jessica); and Justin Cavalier (Fallon); three grandchildren, Westin, Walker,and Nora Jean; brother, Hubert Cavalier, Jr. (Vickie); four sisters, Diana Seneca (Ruel), Lorie Troxclair (Stephen), Angela Cavalier, and Melissa Rivere (Bart), along with a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Gloria Cavalier and Hubert Cavalier, Sr.; and brother, Donald Cavalier (Mary).

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Ourso Funeral Home from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm in White Castle, Louisiana. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Our Lady Prompt Succor Catholic Church in White Castle. Interment to follow in church mausoleum. Father Alec Sheldon will be officiating.
