Robert was diagnosed with Bone Cancer on Friday November 4th, 2022. He was surrounded by family at the Hospital and at Hospice.
Survivors include his wife Christine Barela, their daughter Carolyn Barela Colvin and her husband Bryon Colvin,; Jennifer Lewandowski and her children Kristoffer and daughter Olivia: Also, Erica, her daughter Vinnie, Ronnie and his beloved children and Zachary and his daughter Alice. Also, Roberts daughter Lisa Armijo and her husband Anthony; their children Michael, Paulina, Meriah, and Anthony.
He was preceded in death by his parents Pauline and Daniel Barela, Brother Eloy, Daughter Roberta and Sister Toni.
Memorial Service will be held on November 22nd, 2022 @ 2:00pm at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary and Cemetery 7777 W. 29th Ave. Wheat Ridge, CO.
