Beloved Father, Grandfather, and Friend, Lester Campbell, a devoted father, grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 90 on Friday, December 13th. Born on November 16, 1934, Lester lived a full and meaningful life, leaving behind a legacy of love, wisdom, and honesty.
Lester was known for his unwavering commitment to family and his passion for fishing, hunting, shooting, and spending quality time with his family at the cabin. His quick wit, and genuine care for others made him a beloved figure in the lives of all who knew him. He had a unique ability to always tell the truth, offering both guidance and honesty through every stage of life.
Throughout his 90 years, Lester made a profound impact on those around him. Lester joined the Air Force after high school and served as tech sergeant was marked by dedication and excellence. Lester furthered his career as an aeronautical engineer for Beech Aerospace and ending his career with Ball Aerospace, working on the space programs with NASA. However Lester considered his role as a father and grandfather as his greatest accomplishment and brought him the most joy. He was the steady hand and loving heart that his family turned to, offering advice, support, and a warm embrace in times of need.
Lester is preceded in death by wife Betty Campbell and daughter Cynthia Campbell. He is survived by Sandy Snyder and by his children, Clark and Ross Campbell, his grandchildren, Cole, McKayla, Logan, Marlo and Calvin Campbell, and a host of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
A memorial service to honor Lester’s life will be held on December 27th at First Baptist Church of Westminster located at 7625 Lowell Blvd, Westminster, CO 80030:

Lester's passing leaves a void in our hearts, but his memory will live on in the countless lives he touched. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
