A celebration of life for John C. Osgood will be held Thursday, January 25, at 10 AM. The service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery; 7777 West 29th Avenue; Wheat Ridge, CO 80033. Lunch will be served after the service, then the burial at the grave site will commence.
John was born in 1935 in Estherville Iowa, to John & Evelyn Osgood. He joined the Air Force after 2 years of college at Iowa State, then moved to Colorado in 1962 and found a perfect job for him as a meter reader for Public Service Company of Colorado. John met his wife at Central Presbyterian Church and they were married for 47 years.
John is survived by his wife, Leslie, son Tom, daughter-in-law and three grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Susan, sisters-in-law , Nancy & Lynne, brothers-in-law, Barry & Steve with many nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents, brother and his son, Charlie.
