Frances D. Shaffer, age 96, passed away February 16, 2018. Fran was born July 19, 1921 in Moline, Illinois. She enjoyed sports throughout her life including skiing, volleyball and racquetball. She loved crossword puzzles, playing cards, Dominoes and Rummikub. Fran always looked forward to dessert with each meal and her favorite color was blue. Fran also enjoyed watching Dancing with the Stars and ice skating. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda (& Gerry) Christensen, son Terry (& Sherri) Shaffer and two granddaughters, Tina (& Tom) Davros, Susie (& Doug) Stephens and Three Great Grandsons, Evan Davros, Hayden and Brenten Stephens.
Private family services will be held per Frances’s wishes.
