Donald S. Slater of Evergreen, beloved husband of Peggy, father of Don Jr., Chris, and Kevin and grandfather of six, passed away on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024.
Don worked at what was then Martin Marietta on the Skylab Project. Returning to New Jersey, he worked on the Space Telescope. Upon retirement he and Peggy returned to live in beautiful CO.
