Connie was a long-time resident in Wheat Ridge, CO. She passed away the 2nd of March at St. Anthony’s Hospital, in Lakewood. Born in 1939, in Louisville, KY, Connie attended Business School and went on to become the first female Business Agent in her local Teamsters Union around 1972. Soon after, Connie and her partner Elaine ventured out and started several successful business.
Connie loved good food with her favorite being a Mexican hamburger. She enjoyed movies, playing sports when she was younger and her muscle cars, especially GTO’s.
She had a beautiful smile that lit up the room and a cute little laugh. She was an amazing mother, grandmother and a great friend.
Connie is survived by her Life Partner, Elaine, daughter, Cindy. Two grandchildren, Kyle and Kimberly. Two brothers, Rick and Gary. Also several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister JoAnn and brother Bob.
