Comeau, Pauline – Age 95 of Weymouth. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on Oct 4th, 2014 at Arborstone Enhanced Care, Halifax. Born in Weaver Settlement she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Grace (Amirault) Dugas. Pauline lived in Weymouth all of her married life. She was a homemaker who enjoyed ceramics, making pies, gardening and making quilts. Along with her husband Camille, they enjoyed golfing and driving around Nova Scotia. Pauline is survived by her daughters, Jeanette (Vennie) Gray, Vera (Herb) Robicheau, Dorothy Turner; son, Paul (Debbie); grandchildren, Billy and Daniel, Nancy and Kelly, Stephanie and Colin, great-granddaughter, Riley. Pauline is also survived by her brother, Walter Dugas, sister in-law, Lorraine Dugas, former daughter in-law, Barbara Comeau and son in-law, Douglas Turner. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Camille; children, Cecile and Cyril in infancy; brothers, Leonard, Louis, Philip, Willie and sister, Rosie. Visitation will be 7-9pm, Wednesday, October 8th from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 5114 Highway 1, Weymouth (245-2525). Funeral service is 10am, Thursday October 9th from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Weymouth. Father Henry Smolenaars presiding. Interment in the parish cemetery. Donations in memory of Pauline may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
