Christa was predeceased by her grandmother, Lorraine Moore; grandfather, Bert Daku; aunts, Denise Moore (2022) & Sandra Daku; mother in law, Shirley Reaney (2022).

Christa is survived by her children, Tanaya Daku (Brittany Taylor) of Calgary, AB; Darius Jones of Weyburn, SK and Aimee Jones of Weyburn, SK; partner, Deric Reaney of Weyburn, SK and his children, Kaelan, Kiersten & Kiley Reaney of Saskatoon, SK; mother, Terry Moore (Caroline MacDonald) of Midale, SK; father, Dale Daku (Marilyn) of Grand Prairie, AB; brother, Curtis (Vanessa) Daku and children, Mackenzie, Layton & Kanin; grandfather, Colin (Velma) Moore; grandmother, Violet Daku; father in law, Gordon Reaney; brothers in law, Brad (Joanna) Reaney, Shane (Donna) St. John, & Kevin (Krista) St. John as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and many friends.

A Memorial Service was held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #47, Weyburn, Saskatchewan with Judy Beck officiating.
