Raymond Joseph Kotulski, 52, of Hartford, beloved husband of Lindsey (Kendellen) Kotulski, passed away peacefully Sunday (April 5, 2009). He was born September 14, 1956 in Hartford, the son of Lillian (Paquette) Kotulski of Hartford and the late Edward Kotulski. Raymond was a union organizer for the New England Healthcare Employees Union in Hartford and previously worked at Fenn Manufacturing for 25 years, where he was president of Local 266 IUE/CWA. He was a member of the Hartford Elks Lodge #19 for 14 years. Raymond was an avid Yankees fan and loved the beach and a good cigar. Including Lindsey, his wife of 10 years, he is survived by a daughter Melissa A. T. Kotulski of Arlington, VA; a son Raymond J. Kotulski, Jr., of Wethersfield; and his former wife of 25 years Joanne Kotulski of Wethersfield. He also leaves his brothers, John F. Kotulski and his wife Deborah of New Britain and Edward W. Kotulski, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Madison; his sisters, Theresa Mullen and her husband Daniel of East Hartford and Kathleen Robertson and her husband Greg of East Hartford; a very special aunt Anne Lamprecht of Madison; and many godchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, April 9, at 10 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
