Nancy was born in Nashua, NH on April 25, 1945, the daughter of Guy Anthony and Louise (Lawrence) Pederzani. She graduated from Nashua High School and received a BS degree from the University of New Hampshire in Occupational Therapy. During her career, Nancy worked as an Occupational Therapist in upstate N.Y., ‘a vital link to productive living’ for her patients. She truly loved her work and found it extremely rewarding to assist her patients. Devoted to her church community, Nancy was a member of the Methodist Church in Seneca Falls and here in Wethersfield (where she sat on the Board of Trustees). True to her caring nature, Nancy was a volunteer of the Seneca Falls Red Cross and a literacy volunteer at the local library, as well as a volunteer of Planned Parenthood. Nancy and Murli enjoyed traveling the world and learning about new cultures and traditions. Nancy was active in her church and the senior center, and loved to hold dinner parties with her fine china. She enjoyed being a part of book clubs, supper clubs, game nights and coffee clubs with friends. Nancy was especially devoted to being a wife, mother, grandmother and dear friend. She raised her daughters to be strong and independent, fierce in their convictions, advocates for the less fortunate, and generous in sharing their blessings. Her favorite times were on vacation with family at the N.H. coastline or her beloved Lake Winnipesaukee. Nancy’s family and friends already miss her sense of humor, curiosity, and excitement for every part of her life and the lives of those around her.
In addition to her husband Murli, Nancy will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her daughters, Elise Sinha (Claudio Capone) of Wethersfield, Sarah Sinha (Jonas Paterno) of Weehawken, N.J.; her cherished grandchildren Evan Capone and Lara Capone; as well as her siblings, Louise Pear of Moodus, Susan Pederzani of Nashua, N.H., Tony Pederzani of Wolfboro, N.H., and Paul Pederzani of Nashua, N.H. She is additionally survived by her extended family Ileen Lemcke, Katherine Lemcke and Brian Kibler.
The Sinha family will receive relatives and friends Monday (July 15) from 4 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield. A Celebration of Nancy’s life will be Tuesday, July 16, at 11 a.m., in the Wethersfield United Methodist Church, 150 Prospect Street, Wethersfield. The Sinha family wishes to extend their sincerest gratitude to her wonderful caregivers at Hartford Hospital who treated Nancy with care, compassion, and kindness.
