Lloyd is survived by his beloved former wife Lori Bleckman (nee Salute). Loving father to daughter Tammi DiMartino and her husband Todd, son Scott Bleckman, and daughter Jodi Larson and her husband James. Caring grandfather to Alex, Nicole, Kenny and Kate. Lloyd is also survived by his siblings, Barbara, Lois, Ginny, Dottie, Edie and Donald. Lloyd was also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Lloyd and Kathryn Bleckman, his sisters Kathryn, Carol Jean, Peggy, and his brothers Arthur, Bobby and Teddy.
Lloyd grew up in Dumont and attended Dumont High School. For over 20 years Lloyd worked at Lucky Strike Lanes in Emerson. After, he had a long career wearing many hats in the printing industry.
Lloyd bravely served the United States Navy during the Korean War.
Lloyd was passionate about helping the disabled community. He was involved in many life enrichment activities for people living with disabilities. Most notable was his involvement in the Boy Scouts of America troop 295 as a troop leader.
Above all Lloyd enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends and family especially around the holidays.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 3-7 at Becker Funeral Home, Westwood. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Mercy, Park Ridge.
