Grace was born to Peter and Lucia Trentadue on November 21, 1925. She grew up in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Lafayette High School. Grace married Vincent Caruso in 1949 and they resided in Queens and East Meadow, New York.
Grace worked at F.W. Woolworth until the birth of her first child and then became a homemaker and enjoyed being a Girl Scout Leader.
She returned to the workforce in 1969 in the insurance field for American Mutual Insurance Company for 26 years. She retired in 1996. She then returned to the workforce 2 years later for Bayliss & Geist in the insurance field. She worked there part-time till she was 91 in a position that she so enjoyed.
Grace loved to travel to wonderful places like Italy, Spain and Bermuda. She loved to garden and took wonderful care of her flowers. She always enjoyed her trips to Atlantic City. She was a loving Grandma to her grandson, Michael, whom she adored.
Over the years she cultivated a wonderful circle of friends, most recently while she resided at Brightview Senior Living.
Grace is predeceased by her husband, Vincent, her brother Louis, her sister Jacqueline and many sister and brother in-laws.
She is survived by her children Karen, husband John; daughter Diane, husband Mike; grandson Michael, wife, Melissa, as well as many nieces, nephews, and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
