Glenn Harry Greenhalgh, born February 22, 1960, passed away from health complications on August 19, 2019. He was the beloved son of the late Charles Russell Greenhalgh and late Viola May Greenhalgh (née Stubaus); predeceased by his brother, Charles Russell Greenhalgh Jr. and his niece and godchild, Amanda; much loved brother of his surviving sister, Charlene Tosca Rees and her husband, Dennis Edward Rees and loving uncle to to their daughter, Chloe, all three of Connecticut. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives on both east and west coasts.
Born in Jersey City, Glenn was a lifelong resident of Bergen County. He enjoyed old films and music and loved sharing his passion and vast knowledge of sports with family, friends and any and all who would care to listen. A big tease and prankster, he also loved telling stories, cracking jokes and making people laugh. Glenn was happiest spending precious time with family in Connecticut, relaxing by the pond and playing with their dog, Delilah.
Glenn’s family remains in appreciation of all the friends, acquaintances and strangers who have reached out in kindness to him.
