Carmen was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico on November 1, 1946. She loved to spend time with her family, travel with her dearest friends, and share delicious meals and laughter with those she loved. Her friends and family will miss her warmth, honesty, and compassion. Carmen dedicated over 50 years of service to Mutual Redevelopment Houses in Manhattan. She is predeceased by her mother, Dominga Anglero (Santiago). Carmen is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Anthony Angelico, her brother Luis Santiago and wife Eva, brother Pete Santiago and wife Denys, and nephew Christopher Santiago and wife Cori, and grandniece Alessandra Santiago. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Roseanne Courtade and husband Gerry, niece Suzy Gardner and husband Christopher, and grandnephews Justin and Ethan. Carmen was loved and cherished, and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 16, 2023 from 11AM to 1PM at Becker Funeral Home in Westwood, NJ. Interment will be held immediately following the visitation at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
