Visitation will be on Friday September 6, 2019 from 10 am to 1 pm at Becker Funeral Home in Westwood NJ. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M and entombment will follow at Garden of Memories located at 300 Soldier Hill Rd, Township of Washington, NJ 07676. Repass to follow at The Iron Horse 20 Washington Ave, Westwood, NJ 07675.
Artie was born in West New York to Wilhelmenia and Arthur Stark on July 6, 1939. Artie spent his early years and young adult life in the West New York area. In the early 1980’s, Artie moved to the Westwood area where he met and married Natalie Stark. Arthur and Natalie were married for thirty seven blissful years.
Artie is survived by (wife Natalie, sister Marion and husband Richard Malaney, daughter’s Patricia Saliba, Stacey and husband Clint Skala, step-daughter Lori Moscatello, several grandchildren: Matthew Saliba, Jason Saliba, Sierra Skala, Pierce Skala, Kara and Nolan James, Toni and Zak Mitchell, Nicholas Moppert and DeAnna Moscatello and great grandchildren, Nolan Jr., Jayden, Jaxson James)
Artie is preceded in death by (grandson Alexander Saliba, sister Dorothy Palaia and husband James, parents Wilhelmenia and Arthur Stark).
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Humane Society (as Artie loved his dogs) or Parkinson’s Society (as he was battling that for 2 years).
