A religious ceremony will be held on December 19, 2024, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Peek Funeral Home, located at 7801 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683, United States.
Visitation will follow on the same day from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Chapel #1 at Peek Funeral Home.
A final Buddhist prayer will take place from 12:00 pm to 12:55 pm, also in Chapel #1 at Peek Funeral Home.
The witness cremation will occur at 1:00 pm in the Cremation Witness Room.
